for Scarabph Players

Introduction

Welcome to Scarabph. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Scarabph ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the Scarabph online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at scarabph.app, including all games, services, features, and content available therein.

Scarabph is operated under a valid online gaming licence and is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for players in the Philippines. These Terms have been written in plain English so that every player — regardless of how experienced they are with online gaming — can understand exactly what the rules are and what to expect when using the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which together form the complete set of rules governing your relationship with Scarabph. Where there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Eligibility

To register and use Scarabph, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Scarabph strictly prohibits access to minors. We may request proof of age at any time and reserve the right to suspend any account where age cannot be verified.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing Scarabph is legal in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of Scarabph, nor a close family member of any such individual.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have been excluded from online gaming by a relevant regulatory body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any third party when creating or operating your account.

Scarabph reserves the right to conduct identity and eligibility verification checks at any time. Failure to satisfy these requirements may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds derived from ineligible play.

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on Scarabph. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, device identities, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Detected duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately, and any balances or bonus funds held across all associated accounts may be forfeited without prior notice.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date — if any information changes, please update your profile promptly or contact support.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Scarabph login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team immediately at support@scarabph.app. Scarabph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to failure to maintain appropriate security of your credentials.

3.4 Verification (KYC)

Scarabph complies with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. We may request documents at any time to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, UMID, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method where required. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC verification.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Scarabph accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Scarabph does not accept payments made on behalf of another person — your payment method must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method but are generally ₱500. Maximum transaction limits depend on your account tier and selected payment method. VIP Club members at higher tiers have access to increased transaction limits. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction within your account.

4.3 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your Scarabph wallet instantly in most cases. Other payment methods may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit has not reflected after this period, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes, subject to KYC status and any applicable bonus wagering requirements: GCash and Maya — within 2 hours for verified accounts (within 1 hour for Diamond VIP members); Bank transfers — within 1 to 3 business days. Scarabph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawals from bonus balances are permitted.

4.5 Inactive Account Fees

If your Scarabph account shows no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months and holds a positive balance, a monthly dormancy fee of ₱50 will be deducted from your balance until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. You will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers from Scarabph are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including any applicable wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds, and eligible game restrictions. These Terms apply to all bonuses unless superseded by specific promotion terms. In cases of conflict, specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds typically carry a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus means you must place ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type — Live Casino games may contribute 100%, while certain specialty games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific rates are listed in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Scarabph actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses via duplicate accounts, employing low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to exploit offers. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings removed, and the account may be suspended or closed permanently.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds that are not wagered within the promotion's validity period will expire and be removed from your balance automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Check the My Bonuses section of your account for current bonus status and expiry dates.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 General Gameplay

All games available on Scarabph use certified random number generators (RNGs) for digitally-determined outcomes, or real equipment managed by licensed dealers for Live Casino products. Game results are final once a round is complete. If a technical fault occurs mid-round, the affected round may be voided and your stake refunded at Scarabph's discretion.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets, including NBA Betting and Volleyball Betting markets, are accepted subject to the maximum limits displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change up to the moment a bet is confirmed — the odds at which your bet slip was finalised are the odds that apply. In the event of event postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, refer to the specific settlement rules described in the respective sports section of the platform.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet per selection is ₱50. Maximum bet limits vary by market, game, and account tier. Scarabph reserves the right to impose custom limits on any account or market at any time without prior notice, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.4 Bet Acceptance and Errors

Scarabph reserves the right to refuse or void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds due to technical errors, data feed issues, or human error. Where bets are voided under these circumstances, the original stake will be returned in full. Players who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors are in breach of these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Scarabph platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:

• Registering or operating more than one account
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain
• Engaging in collusion with other players to influence game outcomes
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Sharing login credentials or allowing a third party to operate your account
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Scarabph staff or other players
• Attempting to manipulate customer support or payment processes through deceptive means

Scarabph cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will provide account information, transaction records, and communications in response to lawful requests.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by Player

You may close your Scarabph account at any time by contacting support at support@scarabph.app. Before closure, ensure all pending bets are settled and any available balance has been withdrawn. Accounts with active bonuses subject to wagering requirements may have those bonuses removed upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Suspension by Scarabph

Scarabph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other activity that poses a risk to the platform, other players, or compliance obligations. Where possible, we will notify you of any suspension by email. In cases involving fraud or criminal activity, no advance notice will be given.

8.3 Balances Upon Closure

Where an account is closed voluntarily by the player with no outstanding violations, any real-money balance remaining will be refunded to the player's verified withdrawal method within 5 business days. Bonus funds are not refundable upon closure. In cases of closure due to breach of Terms, balances may be forfeited in accordance with the nature of the breach.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Scarabph platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game assets, text, graphics, software, and data — is the exclusive property of Scarabph or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Scarabph platform without our prior written consent. Scraping, data mining, or bulk extraction of platform content is expressly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scarabph is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

Scarabph's total aggregate liability to any player for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law, or in cases of Scarabph's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." While we make every effort to ensure uptime and reliability, Scarabph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

Privacy and Data

Your privacy matters to Scarabph. We collect, store, and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary: we collect the information needed to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with regulatory requirements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with licensed service providers who assist us in operating the platform, and with regulatory authorities as required by law.

Responsible Gaming

Scarabph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their activity on the platform, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. Scarabph takes problem gambling seriously. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly — typically within 24 hours of receipt — and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

Amendments to These Terms

Scarabph reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players by email and display a notification within the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Prior versions of the Terms are available upon request by contacting support.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Scarabph holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be submitted to Scarabph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support@scarabph.app.

We will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 2 business days and aim to resolve complaints within 14 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved internally to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority as advised by our support team.
